Every summer the teenagers of CLC have the opportunity to make $10/hr by helping oversee the church parking lot located on the corner of Columbus & Harbor, right across the street from the WaterFront Stadium. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW *How do I sign up? You may select your dates through our online registration form. *Is it safe? Each shift will have one middle school student & one high school, along with an adult partnering on any given shift. If there are any exceptions parents will be notified. *What do students do during a shift? Keep the parking lot clean, collect money, & show customers where to park. *Do students receive a pay check? No; the money they earn will be put into a personal account managed by the church. This money can be accessed for any CLC sponsored event (ie. camps, concerts, mission trips, paintball, etc.) Note: If the student does not have the opportunity to use their credits for a CLC sponsored event during this fiscal year, they will have the option of taking their remaining credits in cash at the end of the year or leave them in the student ministry fund. |
