At Covenant Life, we feel that membership is more than a piece of paper. It is biblical that we are to actively serve in the workings of the church. Our serving glorifies God because serving is a form of worship. "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship." We are calling our members Covenant Partners. This means that you understand the spiritual gifts God has given you, that you understand your passion and that you know what you really enjoy doing. Our serving builds up or edifies others. "It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare (equip) God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up (edified)." If you had not yet gone through the REVISED NETWORK SERIES "Spirtual Gift Assessment" we encourage you to sign up for one of the upcoming sessions. These two sessions are conducted as part of the new membership process and you are welcome to participate in these classes. Once you have completed the classes you have the opportunity to spend time with a coach to help you find a ministry that matches your spiritual gifts and your passion.
