$mart Choices: We are offering a class once again this fall specifically designed to help women understand and take ownership of the role of money in their lives and how to manage financial matters wisely. Marcia VanderWoude, an experienced financial advisor, will walk us through a four-week course covering a variety of topics. Classes will be held on Sunday afternoons at Marcia’s home. Cost for materials is $15.

Tone Zone
An exercise ministry dedicated to empowering women to feel strong, energized and refreshed through the use of free weights, bands, balls, body bars and our own body resistance. Fall classes begin the week of September 13. They are held in the Ministry Center for one hour sessions on each of the following days: Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 and Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Cost is $4 per class or $30 for a 10-class punch card.
