Tone Zone
An exercise ministry dedicated to empowering women to feel strong, energized and refreshed through the use of free weights, bands, balls, body bars and our own body resistance. They are held in the new Ministry Center Two, upstairs on the second floor, for one hour sessions on each of the following days: Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30p. Classes are held also on Saturday at 9:00 a.m., except during the summer months. Cost is $4 per class or $30 for a 10-class punch card. Call Jen Bultema at 616-402-2654 to participate.
