What? Me Worry?
Luke 12:22-34
In this passage He gives us the command: "Don't worry!" Worry about material stuff occupies a lot of time and requires a lot of energy. How do we learn a life of trust when it comes to our needs? Consider: Jesus uses this word to give examples of birds and flowers to emphasize God's care (You are of much more value than a bird); and do give to the poor. Giving sets us free, oddly, from worry.
